This month’s focus is on fitness and heart health, and we’re challenging you to carve out a small window each day to move your body and strengthen your heart. Whether you prefer brisk walking, cycling, seated cardio, dancing, swimming, calisthenics, or even marching in place—any activity that gets your heart rate up counts!
The beauty of this challenge is in its simplicity and flexibility. You don’t need fancy equipment or a gym membership—just a willingness to move and a desire to improve your well-being. As the days go by and your consistency builds, we encourage you to slowly increase the intensity or duration of your workouts, based on your comfort and ability.
