SKINCARE 101 FOR TWEENS & TEENS
About: : When is the perfect time to start a skincare routine? Most experts recommend creating a very basic tween skincare routine during the preteen years, between the ages of 10-13 years old. This builds a good skincare habit and ensures by the time significant issues come along, there is an excellent healthy base to work from.
The key to getting a skincare routine going with your tween is to make it super easy. You do not want to make it complicated, but you also want to make it fun so that they will do it regularly. Teens will learn the basics of a good skincare routine, make their own DIY mask to take home, and have lots of fun in this class with a licensed professional.

NAMI In Our Own Voice presentations change attitudes, assumptions and ideas about people with mental health conditions. These free, 40-, 60- or 90-minute presentations provide a personal perspective of mental health conditions, as leaders with lived experience talk openly about what it's like to have a mental health condition. This presentation provides:
An opportunity to hear open and honest perspectives on a highly misunderstood topic.
A chance to ask leaders questions, allowing for a deeper understanding of mental health conditions and dispelling of stereotypes and misconceptions.
The understanding that people with mental health conditions have lives enriched by hopes, dreams and goals.
