Each month, we’ll introduce a new theme or focus area, and we’ll provide a variety of tools to help you succeed. From actionable tips and educational content to resources like recipes, short videos, and webinars with health coaches and dietitians, we’ll give you everything you need to stay on track and make lasting changes.

February's Challenge: Developing the Right Mindset for Lasting Healthy Habits

Our first challenge kicks off in February and is all about developing the right mindset to create healthy habits that will last a lifetime. A healthy mindset is the foundation of every successful wellness journey. Whether you’re working on weight loss, fitness, or mental well-being, the right mindset can make all the difference.


Many of us approach new health goals with enthusiasm, but quickly lose steam when challenges arise. Developing a growth mindset, which emphasizes progress over perfection, can help you push through setbacks and stay on track. We’ll be diving into why mindset shifts are so important and how they can help you create habits that stick, even when life gets busy.


We’ll also guide you on how to create a Healthy Habits Tracker, a simple yet powerful tool to help you track your progress and stay motivated throughout your wellness journey. A habit tracker can be a game-changer because it turns your goals into actionable, measurable steps.


How a Healthy Habits Tracker Works

A Healthy Habits Tracker is a tool that helps you monitor and stay accountable for the healthy habits you want to develop. It’s a simple, visual way to track your progress, stay consistent, and celebrate your victories—big and small.


Here’s how it works:


Identify Your Goals: Start by deciding which healthy habits you want to build. This could include things like drinking more water, exercising for 30 minutes a day, practicing mindfulness, or cooking healthy meals at home.

Track Daily Progress: For each habit, mark off the days you complete the task. Whether you’re using a digital tracker or a printable version, seeing your progress visually helps keep you motivated.
