Welcome to the John Maxwell Team Youth Certification! This Certification is an interactive learning curriculum for difference makers. Through our proven leadership development program founded by John Maxwell, the world’s foremost authority in leadership, youth will be exposed to essential skills and values to help them become well-rounded and responsible members of their communities.

LEADING FROM THE LOCKERS
This course will empower youth to have the mindset and actions to more effectively lead others in school and in the community.
John C. Maxwell says: “Leadership is influence, and influence is leadership.” This course will help youth understand how they can be leaders now. This will challenge them to develop the habits, practices, and mindset of a transformational leader. Students will not only learn but also be challenged and held accountable to applying what they learn.

Everything rises and falls on leadership. But knowing how to lead is only half of the battle. Understanding leadership and actually leading are two different activities. Remember that we all have different strengths and abilities. You may not possess all of the 21 qualities of a leader, but as you learn and grow as a leader you’ll become more aware of them in your life.

YOUTH MAX PLUS WITH NICK VUJICIC
YouthMAX Plus with Nick Vujicic is an exciting new youth leadership program made available exclusively for the John Maxwell Team, featuring John Maxwell Team YouthMAX Plus Ambassador, Nick Vujicic. The program is designed for KIDS (ages 8-11) and TEENS (ages 12 and older). YouthMAX inspires and equips young people to value themselves and others, by developing and maintaining a positive self-image, showing compassion to others, persevering in the midst of adversity, and creating a daily routine of successful attitudes and behavior. The goal of this program is to equip and empower youth to develop their leadership skills through adding value to others. If you have ever wanted to make a difference in the lives of young people, this program has all the tools you need to be successful!
