About: : Learning to cook a plant-based meal is easier than ever before. Plant-based cooking is easy, affordable and fun! Classes will teach you how to cook wholesome, delicious food! From breakfast to main courses to desserts!

About: : Our Cancer support group offers a safe space for people affected by cancer and anyone touched by the disease to share their experiences and emotions with others in similar situations. Not only that, our group offers opportunities for people to growth and learn as they face this journey together.

About: : If you love the outdoors and would like to make part of a group of people who also love it, this is for you! Group will meet up at every other Sunday to hike and explore the outdoors together. First meetup will be on June 2nd at 9am (3291 Saint Johns Ln, Ellicott City, MD).

About: Renew your Life in 30 days, 20/30 program was designed not just to lose excessive weight, but also to decrease cholesterol levels, control blood glucose and hypertension.  It has also helped people to reset their palate, energize their bodies, and invigorate the mind. It has helped many achieve healthy eating habits and most importantly it can be used by anyone who just wants to start  a healthy lifestyle through simple and easy changes in food without losing any weight.

FORKS OVER KNIVES MEETUP

About: Monthly Meetup Potluck. This potluck is a great opportunity to try out new recipes and pick some up to share with your loved ones! Dishes should serve 8-10 and must be entirely plant-based (vegan), so please no red meat, chicken, turkey, fish, seafood, eggs, cheese, butter, cream, yogurt or any other dairy products, or honey or gelatin, in the ingredients.
