The Urban Life Center delicious juice bar brings the community of Baltimore together in an open environment where people can achieve better health, and discover other people like them, who are in search of a better health and quality of life.

New study finds that drinking fruit juice in early years can have long term dietary benefits. Preschoolers who consumed more fruit juice in the early years of childhood in this study also consumed more whole fruit at the same time and continued to consume more whole fruit into adolescence.

Our goal is to partner with the public schools in the low-income communities of Baltimore and provide to them (from pre-school to high school students) fresh, natural juice once or twice a week.
